3 weeks old

Three weeks old and thriving.  This is may favorite age with baby pups, so much fun to see them come to life and becoming interactive little beings.  Weights range from 2 lbs 5.4 oz (Gnat) to 3 lbs 11 oz (Cid) - a much bigger range than is normal.  Riley is chowing down on 9 cups of high calorie kibble.  Pups are eating some solid food (canned and soaked kibble), gaining mobility by the day, using their litter box, starting to play with each other, and seeking out human interactions.  Riley is starting to expect the pups to nurse while she is standing, which puts the small pups at a serious disadvantage.  Hence still providing private nursing sessions to the smaller pups.  The pups had their second nail trim and are getting their first real snap collars.
